Manny was born in Cuba and emigrated with his family to the US at four years of age.  His parents sought the freedom and opportunity that only the US could offer at a time when Cuba fell under the communist Castro regime.  He learned early that ‘We are guests in this great generous country.  Over time, we’ll give it back, pay it forward and make it our home and your children’s home.’  Manny lives in South Florida with his wife Kim and shares a close bond with his son Andre, who was born in North Carolina.

Over his career, Manny has built and grown several highly successful businesses.  He has profound experience with M&A, Private Equity and private enterprise ownership as well as Fortune 500 enterprises where he served in senior leadership and C-Suite roles.  He was a founding member and COO of a PE-backed enterprise, which became a strategic acquisition for a global fortune 100 firm.   As CSO, he led an outsourcing firm to industry leading growth yielding a successful planned exit to a Private Equity group.  He then founded his own self-funded start-up company which became a category leader acquired at record valuations by a Private Equity group.

He now collaborates with owners and executives identifying opportunities for profit optimization, delivering results on a pure play success basis.   He also leverages his network of Investment Bankers to assist with capital raises when he is not on his sport yacht ImagineX enjoying the Florida coastline.
